The system APIs allow you to perform certain modifications to your global tenant environment.
Mail Suppression List
The mail suppression list is a global list of email addresses that will not receive email from the platform. Sending email to an address on the suppression list will result in it receiving the Suppressed status and will not be delivered.
Email addresses are automatically added to the suppression list when any one of the following occurs:
A respondent uses the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email and asks to not receive emails from the platform again.
The platform receives a bounce notification that the email address is invalid.
A respondent reports an email as spam using the complaint function of their email provider.
You can perform the following actions on the mail suppression list:
Remove an email address (requires the Write Access API)
